1. We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights early this month, what can I say except perfect location, round the corner from subway, short walk from times square, great value, very clean, nice staff , and the lifts were fine , don't know why other people complained , we stayed in places with 8 lifts and they were slower.

2. But we let that slide because the room we got was big and spacious, better than all the previous rooms we had in our previous stay's (except for the room at Sheraton Newark Airport).

3. (To the one coming to Singapore soon, we hope you enjoy your stay here) To the all counter staffs (except for the older lady working in the morning) who always smiles and greet customers walking through the lobby.

4. She was not doing anything at that time except talking to us hence we can't excuse her attitude as being stressed or busy entertaining other customers.

9. I would have loved to try this hotel - but due to the Blizzard, my boyfriend was not able to make it into town, and I was without power for many hours, and when I went to cancel it was a few hours after the cancellation cutoff and they wouldn't make any exceptions.

10. I understand the 24 hour cancellation policy, but I also know that exceptions are made every day for special circumstances.
