If you want to be treated like a special guest from the moment you arrive, with lovely details like slippers and soft fluffy robes on your bed, music playing softly when you come into your room, beautiful furnishings , incredibly friendly and attentive service from everyone in the hotel, then this is the place for you to stay.

2. The only thing I didn't like is they did a 'soft charge' to my card although I had already paid with Expedia online, it was called a 'credit check'? HUH? Anyway, I would have to say overall I LOVED the Fairmont and would definitely stay here again as it right on the water and right at the North End which has nice little shops and spas.

3. We stayed in the Gold building and therefore had access to the lounge throughout the day with complimentary breakfast and evening snacks between 5pm and 7pm and soft drinks throughout the day.

5. , sirus xm in room with a nice sound system , windows that open , PERFECT beds with soft sheets and oversized pillows and every rooms is clean ( no stains on the carpet or scratched up furniture, this place is maintained) Room service is outstanding, fast, courteous, and reasonably priced.
