1. Everyone has been telling us that this was one of the best weddings that they have ever been to and a lot of that credit goes to Ashley, the chef, the service staff, the A/V department and the bartenders (who everyone knew by name).

5. It has been my experience that when you get such a great deal on price the experience is not always the best but that was certainly not the case at this hotel.

7. I am wondering whether I am not sophisticated enough to appreciate it's allure? I'll try my best to explain:Despite having to wait a half hour+ to check into our room, the staff was very polite though they should have offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

8. Yeah, it was expensive ($9-15 entrees), but was quite possibly the best breakfast out I've ever had.

9. After doing some extensive research to find the best deal, I was able to find a package Fairmont offered for a double room that included breakfast for two and early check in/late check out for $199/nt.

10. When their marketing manager saw on Twitter that I was staying there and looking forward to sampling some 'chowdah', she sent a personalised card and map, noting the four best restaurants for chowder.
