My only complaint was that the valet staff drove guests' cars a little hard (OK that's an understatement, he was beating the snot out of them) but when I brought it to the attention of the hotel manager he assured me it would be taken
care
of.

I had booked the stay through a third party and upon check out, was informed all charges were taken

of and when i asked for a receipt several times, they told me there were no charges and had no receipt.

for only 12 rooms while some other hotels in Boston assign as many as 20 rooms per shift.

This can also be said about another staff member (sorry cant remember her name) but she called us 'her little family' and really took
care
of us whilst we passed some time in the 'living room' where we took refuge from the heat outside most late afternoons and had some cocktails and nibbles as we did so.
