1. The hotel itself is a a superb location, walking distance to all the best of Boston.

2. We had breakfast included in our rate and it's refreshingly good - all a la carte to order so great fresh food - no lukewarm buffet here and that's one of the reasons we keep coming back - the breakfast is superb and negates the need for lunch as well.
