3. The only hiccup during our stay was when we arrived, however that did not take too long and the staff was very helpful (which was good since we had a looong trip behind us).

The complimentary toiletries are mediocre at best--if you're picky about shampoo and conditioner, bring your own or take a stroll to the CVS in the North End to pick up shampoo and conditioner, because the complimentary stuff is not so good--and don't touch the mnibar--it's on a sensor and if you even move something in it they'll charge you for it.
