4. We stayed two nights at the convenient site, and were offered guidance, help and direction from doorman that not only were professional and courteous, but also, savy enough to lookup and remember my name.

5. At least the balcony had fresh flowers? There was a separate vanity seating area next to the bathroom, which was very convenient, and the bathroom itself was large with great water pressure.

8. The closest T stop (Haymarket) was only like 2 blocks away and we found that the lines (green and orange) were the most convenient to getting to the major sites if we did not want to walk.
