1. Not a Palace but everything good about it: top location (justs steps away to shopping centre and restaurants and nightlife), fresh furniture in rooms, comfortable, decent size, nice entrance.

2. At least the balcony had fresh flowers? There was a separate vanity seating area next to the bathroom, which was very convenient, and the bathroom itself was large with great water pressure.

3. We had breakfast included in our rate and it's refreshingly good - all a la carte to order so great fresh food - no lukewarm buffet here and that's one of the reasons we keep coming back - the breakfast is superb and negates the need for lunch as well.

4. The front desk always had fresh fruit, the mini bar expensive but well stocked, in room coffee was excellent, and the TV a BIG flatscreen.

5. The rooms were sufficient, we had a 'Superior King' with a small balcony that afforded us a nice view ( 6th floor) of Fanueil Hall and a lot of fresh air that came with a lot of street noise, but the thick glass doors cut it right off when closed.
