7. The service at the lobby bar was great, the breakfast buffet nothing extraordinary, and if you want a better coffee, I suggest you take it from the starbucks counter next to the entrance.

8. Some hotels don't get it--they put the guests using points in the less desirable rooms so the paying guests can have the better rooms, not understanding that the guests using points are the ones to be rewarded as frequent customers.

10. Some of us opted for the expansive breakfast buffet which was definitely far better than typical hotel restaurant breakfast buffet fare, and some opted for ordering off the menu, but in both cases the food was excellent.
