1. The vents could use some dusting and the corners a fresh coat of paint but, it dismisses itself given its character.

5. So, in my opinion, if you're just going for a get away and don't mind getting a little fresh air (everything we wanted to do was less than two miles away including shopping and navy pier attractions) or taking a very inexpensive cab ride to your destination I recommend Hotel Blake.
