1. The complimentary welcome breakfast included with the Expedia package turned out to require us to confirm 48 hours in advance and print out a certificate to take down the street to Hard Rock Cafe (hard to do when we were in the middle of a trip and didn't have internet access).

3. The building is part condo rental and hotel which makes this place very welcoming and homey.
