1. What impressed me the most was the helpful attitude of the front desk staff every one was nice especially Shera Faatea and Kori Tofilau who went above and beyond to help me to find places and directions for me and took their time to help me.

4. The first impression was quite frustrating: the lobby looks unsafe, you need a key to get into the elevator, the corridors smell like cigarrettes and the bathroom looks dirty.
