1. They allowed us to check-in a little early because my daughter needed her nap (about 30 minutes) and I found that very nice.

4. This should have told us, we arrived to police on scene dealing with problems at the mini scooter hire shop next to the lobby, hmmm, them greeted by a very nice lady at the counter which is situated.

7. No internet, and broken computers in the 'lobby' and when I accidentally left my key in the room and asked for another key, the nice girl behind the desk just asked, what room number? She didn't verify my identity at all.

9. What impressed me the most was the helpful attitude of the front desk staff every one was nice especially Shera Faatea and Kori Tofilau who went above and beyond to help me to find places and directions for me and took their time to help me.
