I called Expedia begging to change our hotel, but they made it so difficult to do and required us to pay for the
new
hotel on our own and to risk not getting a refund from this hotel we were stuck in.
"Dirty, Dirty Hotel. Falsely Advertised. Pictures are not accurate. "
