6. The front desk staff, belldesk, housekeeping and security personnel are always HAPPY TO HELP and the LOCATION, although not beach-front, is nicely situated in central Waikiki so that you can walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc.

9. Parking was a joke- we got the last 'spot' which we were happy about, but it was #7- TINY- we were up on a curb, next to the dumpster, and had to wash our car twice because we couldn't see through the bird poop on the windows.
