5. Upon arrival, there was obviously construction going on but it was well isolated from the main areas of the hotel, looked about complete, and the workers were super friendly; holding doors and smiling with fresh hellos at all encounters.

7. The room was big but it was filthy, smelled like mold, carpet was dirty, ac was dripping, walls looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint, and there were a lot of BABY COCKAROACHES everywhere in the bathroom, the tables, the kitchen, in the cabinets.
