4. The in-room Internet service was either spotty or didn't work at all and the front desk staff seemed brain dead for the most part except for one wonderful young man named Clifton who printed out a map to the airport.

5. The area around the hotel (Kuhio Ave) is busy during the day and evening (and as our rooms faced the interior of the hotel/parking lot) we did not hear much street noise (except for the garbage truck on the other street).

7. I booked a room which had a tiny balcony, except when I got to the room, said balcony looked right into another building across the street (not worth the extra money).
