3. The walk into the main part of Waikiki is about 15min, but it's a very pleasant walk along the beach or if you prefer the hotel does offer a free shuttle although we always walked.

5. The rooms start on the 6th floor but I was not expecting much of a view but was pleasantly surprised as the rooms have floor to ceiling glass on the ocean side and even the 7th floor room had an impressive view(see pictures).

10. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and we thought the location was excellent, being only a five minute walk to the Ala Moana shopping centre and a ten minute walk to Kalakaua Avenue.
