4. The bellman was happy to oblige and explained, 'The reason cabs don't stop for you is because you're just leaving the beach and you might have sand on your feet or wet bathing suits, which would leave the cab a less hospitable environment for the next customers.

5. However I was not happy with the view so when reception had calmed down I requested a change this was arranged with no fuss and was re allocated to the 20th floor, much better and a higher grade than I had paid for.
