1. If anyone is staying at this wonderful hotel DON'T BOTHER renting from HERTZ just head to the Concierge and they will politley set up whatever you need while in Honolulu and avoid dealing with that rude agent at HERTZ.

2. My only complaint was that I requested a higher floor and was only given aroom on the 5th floor but it did have a wonderful partial view of the beach and the amazing sunset on Waikiki beach.

3. Homeless people on sidewalk thru out Hawaii but not marriotts fault , we upgraded rm to ocean view no charge and restaurants were wonderful too.

9. The concierge was able to arrange a private car and driver for us to tour the surrounding area -- it was wonderful to see Honolulu from up above.
