1. You won't care, though, because you'll still get great ocean views out your balcony window, and this resort is so very special.

Although they did get a maintenance worker to fix it within an hour, the front desk's response to this was not like other Marriotts - and like other reviewers comments about service at this hotel it's obvious they have more business than they know what to do with and could care less about customers.
