7. The room was extremely clean and while I had a couple of technical issues (digital tv not working, safe not open) the staff were extremely prompt and professional in fixing any problems.

We also got massages at the spa (my GF also got a body wrap) and were very pleased with the service - all of the masseuses were very skilled and professional - and the prices were reasonable (we were fortunate to get a 20% discount for services in May, be sure to ask if there are any promotions or discounts if you order several services).
