4. My brother who could not stay with us as he was told sold out, stayed near by similar rates, was given a coctail on arrival, welcome flower lei, advised with an apology about room not being ready till later, an offer of towel to refresh on arrival.

7. After comparing with other more expensive hotels in the area, I would rather stay in the more relaxed, easy going 'Aston Waikiki beach hotel' for a more welcomed stay .
