8. No Tea or Coffee making facilities in room, 1 st room bath drain was blocked so had dirty water all around us while showering, towels thin and greyish colour, ,runner on bed dirty,but bed comfy and duvet/sheets clean, carpet felt dirty underfoot, staff very offhand especially male on reception.
