5. The rooms have not been properly remodeled since the late 90's, and the free breakfast can, at very best, be described by saying, 'well, it's better than nothing I suppose.

6. The ABC stores, of which there seems to be at least 1 every 5ooyds, operate a scheme where you save all your till receipts and if you reach a certain total you qualify for a free gift - the more you spend the better the gift.

7. The booking experience, staff and locality to baech are the saviour but there are better options.

8. Suite so that the view would be better and they gave us a Suite on the 23rd floor with an incredible view.

9. So, if you are looking for quiet and remote, you should probably not be staying in Honolulu period (Maui and Kaui are better islands for that).
