5. It is employees like him that makes it easy to excuse the small things, because they are a larger part of why the stay was perfect.

6. Multi device users like my daughter and I could have racked up big charges, but we kept it to 1 device each and the front desk credited my bill when I questioned the extra charge without hesitation.

7. Why does it seem like the hotels that are managed by Starwood are dumps compared to the franchised ones? All in all, if you have any expectation about a hotel then don't stay here.

8. It seems like the other Sheratons have the newer fitness center design but this one not so much.

10. (I am a big water drinker and like to keep it cold and love being able to warm up my coffee) You are also able to close off the bedroom from the bathroom and living room area with pocket doors which was wonderful when my Daughter needed to get her rest at night while I stayed up a bit later.
