2. They do have a cool little socializing lounge area in the lobby that has guest computers for use, but sometimes, you'd rather use the internet in the privacy of your room, and that's extra here.

There were mostly "housekeeping" issues that were resolved: unclean vent duct (mold & dust protruding from the bathroom vent) beer can tabs left from previous guests, toilet handle not working correctly and toilet not flushing, a/c not cooling properly, hanging dust on cornice boards (drapery tops).
