2. The staff was very friendly, well mannered and accommodating, but one particular young man, Ron Baker went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I had that ( personal not because of the hotel ) and his acts of simple kindness will never be forgotten.

7. This being said the staff from room service all the way to the front desk were friendly, professional and prompt to fix any problem immediately, and they did.
