1. The whole process takes 10 minutes, and you are essentially unprotected from the elements throughout, except a little cover on the bridge.

3. I would have overlooked most of this (except the door handle trim coming off) at the two star properties that I usually stay at, but the Sheraton is rated 3 1/2 stars and I would expect a higher degree of maintenance at that level.
