1. The lounge staff tried to maximize it by clearing tables quickly during happy hour, which would have been great if they hadn't tossed out my newspaper while I was loading my plate with snacks.

4. (Interestingly, I noticed no one had one of those cards and I heard the maid go room to room - not sure if the hotel does not provide them or not?)I was not happy when I discovered the hotel charges for internet access.

5. I'm usually happy with the Hilton as it is in a good location, has nice rooms, and is an overally decent property.
