Problems were: missing items in the bathroom (example: only got soap 2 out of 6 nights), garbage on the floor in the hallway not picked up for days, no free internet (every Holiday Inn has this), had to use internet in the coffee shop where it was noisy and hard to hear on skype, air conditioning not cool enough, no fridge in the room - in this hot climate, I think this is a necessity; restaurant was expensive.
