4. Have stayed her a couple of times each for 5 days at a time and both times felt we made a big mistake, the other major hotels nearby are less $, better service and much better food options.

5. Check in was fine and there was a big sign up about renovated rooms but they just started, so dont expect a nice room until 2013.

8. She helped check us in, gave my daughter her kids club bag which is wonderful and gave great big hugs and sent us to our room, which was great.

9. Lisa who works at the front desk who we had met the last month when we stayed here was working and my daughter got off the escalator and ran right to her to give her a great big hug.

10. It would have been nice to have had a fridge to keep the drinks cold, but we brought the big cooler and filled it with ice everyday.
