2. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the lobby while small was adequate with 2 different seating areas but there were dirty glasses that sat there unattended for at least 1/2 hour.

4. I have found staff at both the hotel and at the spa to be extremely courteous, warm and professional, which further enhances the infrastructure of the hotel, which, incidentally, is LEED certified -- you'd never notice the difference in terms of comfort as I've had some of my best sleeps here.

5. They have a spa, which I did not try; but the gym was very large with all the full machines that you would find in a professional gym at home.
