1. Beautiful n new hotel, nice room, friendly staff even the valet staff was nice.

2. No fretting was needed since after the conference I called the desk from the phone by the elevators on my room's floor, and within 5 minutes someone was there with new keys that worked.

6. Only a few small complaints: wish the cafe in the lobby was open past 11 am; and very slight wear and tear in my room (a surprise, since the place is so new - slight discoloration in the shower; chipped edge on nightstand).
