so no complaints -
except
restuarant downstairs where it took 45 minutes for food to arrive and it was not good - strawberries for kids were rotten, food mediocre, bread rock hard - and need less to say in a hotel not cheap.

We had drinks at the bar, good happy hour prices-
except
they charged us TWICE for one round (it was strange, once on the credit card, and once on the room) but we got that taken care of before we left.

From all the reviews and research I did on this place, it met every expectation of a fantastic hotel,

Room was nicely appointed
except
the following: 1) room noise - the door/lock system was fairly noisy (or may be because the walls were thin).

Downtown Seattle isn't huge so any hotel in 'downtown' isn't far from the action and the Hyatt was no
except
ion.
