3. We had drinks at the bar, good happy hour prices- except they charged us TWICE for one round (it was strange, once on the credit card, and once on the room) but we got that taken care of before we left.

8. A couple of features at Olive 8 that subtly signals to me that the hotel management actually thinks about and cares about what travellers actually want:- there is a fridge -- not a mini-bar, but a fridge -- in each room.

10. We got home and no email, but I knew there wasn't any charge, so who cared? Well, imagine my surprise when I got my credit card bill and there was a $64 charge.
