1. The minute we arrived I noticed huge rug stains, then my eyes travelled to the HUGE stains on the chair and ottoman.

2. The pictures on their website look great, but there is a huge black mold spot under the sink, I have had trash in the trash can for three days, there is mildew growing in the shower, the heating/AC controls work when they want, etc.

3. We walked in and the room was worse than the first one, it smelled like mold and paint there were a balcony but no balcony door, were were suppose to climb thru the window to it? but there was a huge a/c unit.

4. Bathrooms the same, the bathtub had a huge rust stain/hole, which at first wasn't clear to me if it was rust or blood.

"Feeling worn but still enjoyed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2009 Vote
6. Even though the rooms are a bit under the weather (that huge pattern of moldy moist on the ceiling by the air condiction unit is a bit scary), but we spen most of our time on the balcony with the amazing view over the beach.
"We love it, even if it is a bit tired " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/19/2009 Vote
7. First impressions from the outside were quite nice, art deco style etc and the lobby looked reasonable, however when we got to our rooms we were shocked at the uncleanliness of the rooms - stains on the carpet, curtains, walls - coffee tables with huge scratches and burn marks - tiny and old bathrooms with towel rings and toilet roll holders hanging on by a thread - overall awful.
"Very dirty rooms - we checked out as soon as we could " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/18/2009 Vote
8. We brought two of our children and that was a huge mistake.
"Not a place for children " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/15/2008 Vote
9. The one good thing about this hotel is the location, but since there are a HUGE number of hotels in the very same area, my advice is to keep looking.
"Keep Looking " Read full review on Travelocity   5/1/2008 Vote
10. In Southern Florida they have a huge fresh water availability problem.
