1. Called to ask why ,, they said it was cause I was in the room too late, and no service was available,, callled the front desk an hour ago,, told them I was going to write a bad message on trip advisor and they could not care less.

10. I mean the hotel was nice when we got there, but when I checked in they said we had to add $150 for incidentals and I don't think the travel agent knew about that part or else I would have taken care of that before going there.
