1. The entire staff, from management to front desk to custodial, made our guests feel welcome and took care of our needs.

4. The manager was nice, I made a pt of telling him how great the place was, told me to call when I planned coming back and he would personally take care of me, when I called to get my friend taken care of he want to know if I was 'cashing in my favor card'.

7. Also, just be aware if you plan to park a vehicle at the hotel the rate is around $23 per day but the valets were helpful, expedient, and careful (no damages) and it allowed for unlimited in-and-out service.

9. The pool itself was sparkling clean and even though I decided to go for a late night swim the gentlemen taking out the trash told me that as long as I was quiet no one cared that I was swimming.

10. Louis Square and half a block from Cafe Du Monde - and 2 blocks from Bourbon if you care (I don't) but it was far enough away that we didn't have any issues with loud music or loud drunks.
