4. excellent customer service - friendly/ professional; shuttle appreciated; walking distance to so much; decor understated/elegant; unique breakfast buffet - mushroom chicken & red chili beef tamales, fresh fruit ,etc plus evening paninis and bar; fluffy duvet and soft sheets yummy.

7. Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shopping; appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle which was convenient; the continental breakfast was marginal; the rooms had been updated and were very nice; soft and plush towels, free wifi, flat screen tv.
