1. A friend had booked the reservation, and we were delighted to find a clean and spacious room with great bedding and pillows, an outside fireplace (where we played scrabble at night), a clean and comfortable hot tub, a hot breakfast with good variety and pleasant kitchen staff, a nice happy hour and, in general, a safe and welcoming experience with excellent staff.

3. They have an airport shuttle that I believe would also take you to some local spots if desired and the driver gave us excellent directions to the airport since we had a rental car.

7. excellent customer service - friendly/ professional; shuttle appreciated; walking distance to so much; decor understated/elegant; unique breakfast buffet - mushroom chicken & red chili beef tamales, fresh fruit ,etc plus evening paninis and bar; fluffy duvet and soft sheets yummy.
