The hotel is perfectly adequate: big rooms, comfortable furnishings, nice decor, free Wifi which worked pretty well, breakfast included in the room rate which you can also take up to your room, a gym with good equipment that I had to myself most of the days, a pool, a small business corner with a printer and plenty of parking space.

2. The hotel is in a good location for shopping and eating in the Biltmore area and is safe to walk in at night.

3. The lounge/restaurant has a couch-seating type arrangement, so familes need to stay away unless your kids are really good at balancing plates on their knees.

A friend had booked the reservation, and we were delighted to find a clean and spacious room with great bedding and pillows, an outside fireplace (where we played scrabble at night), a clean and comfortable hot tub, a hot breakfast with good variety and pleasant kitchen staff, a nice happy hour and, in general, a safe and welcoming experience with excellent staff.
