1. Even though it is a central city hotel, the way the building is positioned on the block made it very quiet, at least in our 10th floor room.

5. It's presumably a business decision on the part of the hotel to allow loud events and deal with complaints from guests after the fact, so those who like quiet hotels should definitely beware.

6. There is a cut-off of 11 pm for events, we were told, but if (like us) you want a quiet evening and/or an early night, you would be well advised to check if they have any parties booked before making a reservation here.

7. My room was spacious, quiet (never heard a peep from neighbors, and I know a lot of rooms were booked that week), and had all the amenities I needed.

8. Overall, I would recommend the Hilton Suites when staying in Phoenix, especially due to its proximity to the light rail, and its nice, comfortable, quiet rooms.
