Rooms were clean, large, and well-equipped; restaurant meals very good (including an extensive breakfast buffet for V'ball participants at a heavy discount); shuttle to Civic Center & nearby drugstore very convenient; and every staff member we encountered (front desk clerks, restaurant servers, shuttle drivers, and gift shop attendants) was friendly and efficient.

8. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from a light rail stop, which we took straight from Sky Harbor Airport, saving a lot of $ on taxi fares.

9. The Hilton Suites is conveniently located very close to the Central/Thomas light rail stop, which is about a 20-30 minute ride away from the Phoenix airport (you take a shuttle from the terminal to the 44th and Washington stop), and only costs $1.
