4. The free breakfast changes every morning and they have eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, cereal etc- better than a normal Continental breakfast.

5. Midtown phoenix goes to sleep at night so not much to do nearby, but light rail can take you downtown in minutes which isn't much better , but with ballpark and basketball arena downtown some places stay open later.
