The weather in December (if you haven't been in AZ before) is a gift from the heavens and is why people winter here; warm sun on your face with a nice dry 60-70 degree breeze is heaven; we ate outdoors at the restaurant on the property and were very happy with our food and the ambiance out on the patio was beautiful.

10. You are 20 mins from the airport (take the 24th street exit instead of the 44th street exit when you leave), you are tucked back against the beautiful Squaw Peak which provides some awesome views and hiking for any visitors wanting to experience Arizona.
