The water park, although my kids had fun, wasn't appealing to the eye because of huge rust stains that could be spotted all over, it sort of gave it a 'dirty' look; one of the hot tubs was completely cold, and appeared to not be functional, several of the 'toys' in the kiddie area were broken and/or missing, the arcade also had machines not functioning and the ticket counter was out-of-order.

7. It is such a huge hotel, and they try to cram as many people in as possible, and the pool could not be any smaller for a hotel of this size.

8. The waterpark is amazing; there is also a regular separate swimming pool, they have a huge arcade with prizes, a ""Kid Craft"" room, pool and ping pong tables, foosball table and so much more.
