2. We had a toilet back up in another room and it took 4 trips to the front desk (which we couldn't call because phone in room didn't work) to get it semi-cleaned up.

To cut to the chase, the shower from the room above us leaked into our room every time anyone took a shower, someone vomited down the hallway on the way to their room and I went to the Front Desk and discreetly informed that there was a trail of vomit going down the hallway at 9:00 AM on Sunday and it didn't get cleaned up until Monday morning (DISGUSTING.
