9. some concernsThe second floor hallways smell like smoke even in the non smoking area, this did not translate to the room but i expect a hotel of this quality and reputation to be able to filter their air better especially one that prometes its self as family friendlyThey made a big deal about kids eating free at the dinner buffet when i booked the room.
