1. The hotel is maintained and clean, the cove is well staffed w/ lifeguards and plenty of fun facilities w/ the kids.

The water park, although my kids had fun, wasn't appealing to the eye because of huge rust stains that could be spotted all over, it sort of gave it a 'dirty' look; one of the hot tubs was completely cold, and appeared to not be functional, several of the 'toys' in the kiddie area were broken and/or missing, the arcade also had machines not functioning and the ticket counter was out-of-order.
